We strive to make sure our customers have the best experience when ordering from our website. We understand that some things do not work out or sizes may not be what was expected. However, as we are a developing business, we do not accept returns and only offer webstore credit or exchanges for purchases of regular priced items (EXCLUDES preorders and sale items). All exchanges must be made within 30 days of purchase.
Any items purchased on SALE or through a PRE-ORDER are not eligible for exchange.

Missing Item/Lost Package
If an item is missing from your order, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will sort everything out for you. Please double check your address before completing your order. Paratodo Co. is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages to your residence or office.
We offer USPS shipping on all domestic products. Prices will vary depending on weight and size of the order.
We offer international shipping, worldwide. However, Paratodo is not responsible for any additional customs charges on purchases.
